Joining too, so a short hello. I record a small interview show from Krabi, two episodes a month, all of it in a spare room at home. Moving here taught me to view flats with my ears rather than my eyes: which way the bedroom faces relative to the road, what the rain sounds like on that particular roof, and above all what is approved to be built on the empty plot opposite. My last place became unusable for daytime recording eight months after I moved in because of exactly that. Choosing the current one I filtered by area and building on https://thailand-real.estate/ and then went to listen in person at different hours. Boring method, only one that worked. If anyone else here records at home, what do you check that I have missed?
