Elliot's blue-collar upbringing instilled in him a strong work ethic and self-reliance. He started his first business, ET Enterprises, at the age of ten and has been an entrepreneur at heart ever since. Elliot began his professional career in business as an accountant for small companies in Seattle, later transitioning to technical roles in process automation and software engineering. Self-taught, he holds over 30 technical certifications in information technology.

Throughout his career, Elliot has held various roles in accounting, technical engineering, networking, software, and marketing at several small to medium-sized businesses. He has consistently delivered results by cutting costs, increasing revenue, and enhancing profitability. Elliot is passionate about creating effective technical solutions to complex business challenges and has applied his unique skill set to each of his businesses.

Elliot's partnership with childhood friend Tyler led to the successful growth of a custom automotive shop into a nationally recognized business, as well as the founding and growth of three additional companies. Together, they have experienced every challenge imaginable when starting and growing a small business, from legal disputes to financial setbacks. Despite the obstacles, Elliot's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication have never wavered.

In addition to his role at Elliot Uriah, Elliot also founded Archer Assets, a consulting company that provides software and data engineering services to large banks, insurance companies, and state-run agencies.
